Robbert van der Helm 9cea175f2a Globally ignore attribute warnings on Wine side
These started happening after Wine 5.12, and it doesn't look like it's
going to change.

Robbert van der Helm 556b0e38f9 Replace Boost.Asio with standalone Asio library
We had to add an even hackier hack now to get Boost.Process to
interoperate with Asio's IO contexts. This will be replaced later when
we replace Boost.Process.

Robbert van der Helm 0b9a16cf40 Change the naming scheme for class field members
I'm not a fan of Hungarian notation, but C++ kind of needs it with its
implicit `this`. And of all the common options for this, I find
suffixing members with an underscore the least offensive one.

Robbert van der Helm 712ef41a7f Make realtime scheduling less aggressive
On the Wine side. Instead of always having it enabled and disabling it
when it could potentially hurt (i.e. when handling GUI related things),
we'll now only enable it when it's potentially beneficial. This way we
don't have to constantly switch scheduling policies on the GUI thread.

Robbert van der Helm 09c2ed96ad Fix Win32Thread trampoline since last commit
In e974d1d2b1 we added the forward, and
that will of course cause us to capture references instead of moved
functions again.

Robbert van der Helm 0f2db64aeb Add the pieces for a watchdog for dangling plugins
Once we register our plugins here, we should be able to gracefully shut
down any plugins whose remote process got killed.

a watchdog.

This also changes the refresh rate for most plugins. You can now lower
this setting if your computer is struggling to keep up with rendering a
certain heavy plugin.

Robbert van der Helm 3ca7061659 Switch to SCHED_OTHER while handling events
GUI drawing should not be able to interrupt the cores that are handling
DSP, but it seems like that was happening for some people with
suboptimal kernel configurations. This will require some more extensive
testing to see if these changes don't actually increase DSP load.

Robbert van der Helm 4ec8b01bcc Completely run effEditIdle from a timer
Although it hasn't shown up, this will get rid of the possibility of
off-thread effEditIdle calls causing issues. And since we need some way
to run call this function while the event loop is running anyways, doing
it entirely from a timer similar to how hosts on Windows would do it
seems like the best solution.

This has much fewer moving parts, and it's probably more understandable.
There was also a race condition in the previous implementation, so
there's that.

Robbert van der Helm 76ad377522 Don't set __MINGW32__
This took me a few hours of non-stop headaches to figure out. Apparently
deep inside of Wine's headers having __MINGW32__ defined will cause some
GUIDs to be defined slightly differently. This normally wouldn't cause
issues, but when including `shellobj.h` or `objbase.h` this results in
multiple definition linking errors that are basically impossible to
diagnose.

Robbert van der Helm e08162fabf Silence warnings on decltype() with Wine 5.22
There were already similar warnings on 32-bit winegcc, but now it also
happens on the 64-bit version. Instead of adding
`-Wno-ignored-attributes` we'll just sprinkle some warning ignores here
and there to prevent any other surprises.

Robbert van der Helm 23cd2dd193 Bump the event loop handling rate up to 60 Hz
This will also cause plugins to update their editors at 60 FPS. This was
kept at a lower value for performance reasons, but since the message
loop now no longer blocks event handling we can safely increase this.
This will double the amount of resources spent on drawing, but since
audio processing in a real world scenario almost never utilizes all
cores anyways this should not be an issue.

Robbert van der Helm eb8d4ae1d8 Fix Win32Thread not capturing by move
std::function does not allow non-movable lambdas, so capturing by move
doesn't work there. And the old solution of course has issues with
dangling pointers (but because this is C++ the compiler still thinks
it's A-Ok).

Robbert van der Helm ca2b95e7aa Handle dispatch() directly during event handling
When the message loop is active and we get an incoming dispatch() event,
we'll just handle it directly. In practice this would only be needed
when the event is a response to an `audioMaster()` call made during the
event loop, but we can't know that. This allows the `getProgram()`
during `audioMasterUpdateDisplay()` in REAPER and Renoise to work
correctly. Hopefully this doesn't cause random rare breakage.
