runiq 6140bceb75 Fix install target 
The new `DIRECTORY` line makes installation work with any build directory, not just `build`.

Using a relative `DESTINATION` path honors `CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX` instead of hardcoding it to `/usr`.
