Reasons for the move

The Wiki was moved from a native Github Wiki to its own repository for multiple reasons:

• The wiki can now be versioned with releases
• A standalone Github repository can be forked and accept pull requests
• Continuous integration is possible with Github Actions, notably for:
  • Markdown linting using DavidAnson/markdownlint-cli2-action
  • Spell checking using reviewdog/action-misspell
  • Dead link detection using gaurav-nelson/github-action-markdown-link-check
• Files are browsable on Github
